Qualifications
Qualifying for your My Cash or My Cash Back rewards automatically qualifies you for the highest My Savings rate, too. Enrollments must be in place and all of the following transactions and activities must post and settle to your My Cash or My Cash Back account during each Monthly Qualification Cycle:
- Have at least 12 debit card purchases post and settle
- Have at least 1 automatic payment (ACH) withdraw post and settle
- Be enrolled and receive eStatement notice
- Be enrolled and log into online banking at least once
That's it! And if you don't meet these qualifications, your accounts are still free. Plus, you'll still earn our base rate. And you can get right back to earning your full rewards the very next cycle that you qualify.
